The Purezone must be located within at least 30' of the nearest Wi-Fi router, Wi-Fi network repeater or Wi-Fi mesh network node broadcasting the 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi network band and Wi-Fi security profile.

• The Purezone device communicates exclusively on the 2.4Ghz band using these Wi-Fi security profiles.
• Your Wi-Fi router and any associated Wi-Fi repeaters or access points must broadcast the 2.4Ghz band.  
• If your router is configured to only broadcast the 5Ghz band, the Purezone will not find your Network SSID during setup.
• If your router is configured using a non-supported Wi-Fi security profile, the Purezone will not find your Network SSID during setup.

The Purezone is compatible with both mesh and non-mesh Wi-Fi networks.  If you have a mesh network and are experiencing difficulties connecting, refer to Is Purezone compatible with mesh Wi-Fi routers.
