"Purezone Unavailable - The Purezone is probably out of range. Try again when you are in close range of your Purezone device"
This error may be an indication that you are not within Bluetooth range (6 - 10 feet) of your Purezone device when you are attempting setup or attempting to change your Wi-Fi network (Update Wi-Fi) in the Purezone App.
Please do the following:
- Ensure you are within 6 -10 feet of your Purezone device
- In the Purezone app, ensure that you have at least 3 bars of Battery strength. If you do not have at least 3 bars of Battery strength, charge the Purezone
- On your Smartphone, force close the Purezone app
- On your Smartphone, disable Bluetooth: Settings > Bluetooth > Disable
- On your Smartphone, enable Bluetooth: Settings > Bluetooth > Enable
- Launch the Purezone app
- Re-start the process to connect the Purezone to your network
- If you still see the same error message, repeat steps 1-7 ensuring you are close enough to your Purezone device
