Note: By default, the Purezone is set to measure at 9:00am local time every other day, unless you have changed the measurement time and/or the measurement frequency.
When your device needs charging, do not have the Purezone on the charger and out of water during the scheduled water measurement time. If you do, the Purezone App will attempt to measure and fail and will display "Sensor not in water". If that occurs, you may have to wait for about an hour or until the next scheduled water measurement time for the error message to clear.
Charging the Purezone is very easy. Just follow these steps:
- Remove the Purezone from the spa
- Detach the Purezone battery pack from the Dock or Hover
- Shake any excess moisture from the cassette holder
- Wrap the cassette holder in either a small towel or several paper towels
- Bring the Purezone indoors
- Plug the Purezone Wireless Charger into a USB C Power Adapter that is plugged into AC power
- Place the Purezone Wireless Charger on a flat surface, like a counter top so that the Purezone logo is visible and not the metallic underside of the Wireless charger
- Place the Purezone Battery pack centered on top of the Purezone Wireless Charger until the green light on the battery pack illuminates. Note: Only the Battery Pack itself should be on top of the Wireless Charger, not the cable.
- Leave the Battery Pack on the Wireless Charger to charge until the green light on the Battery Pack turns off
- When the green light turns off, the Battery Pack is fully charged
