When scanning the QR code in the cassette, remember these important tips:

• Never scan the QR code from the home screen of your iPhone or Android phone
• The QR code must only be scanned when prompted in the Purezone App.  
  • Status screen > Replace cassette > "Please scan the QR code on the new cassette"

• The Purezone app must have CAMERA enabled in App permissions.  If the Camera permission for the Purezone App was not enabled, the App will be unable to scan the QR code.
  • Android
    • Settings > Apps > Purezone > Permissions > Camera
  • iOS
    • Settings > Apps > Purezone > "Allow Purezone to access Camera" must be enabled
• When prompted in the Purezone App, scan the QR code printed on the bottom of the cassette itself, not the QR code on the foil pouch
