What should I do if I can't launch the Purezone app when connected to my Wi-Fi network?

  • If you can't launch the Purezone App when connected to your Wi-Fi network, it is usually due to your router or your router's network security software blocking the Secure Domain associated with the Purezone app.
  • When this occurs, instead of the Purezone app launching, an error message will appear:
  • Error: Error while get dashboard lambda
  •  Exception: Error Domain=NSURLErrorDomain Code=-1200 "An SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server cannot be made."
  • Note:  This issue typically occurs with EERO Wi-Fi routers
  • If your router has a firewall enabled or it is running network security software or if you have enabled Ad-blocking, you may need to either reboot the router or disable the network security software temporarily. If that does not work, you should reach out to the router manufacturer for assistance.
  • To temporarily resolve the problem, just turn off Wi-Fi on your phone to switch to Cellular data which will bypass your home EERO Wi-Fi router.
