Check App Push notification settings in iPhone settings
- Tap iPhone Settings > Notifications

- Ensure Notifications are Enabled
- Under Alerts
- Select Lock Screen, Notification Center and Banners by tapping the Check Box

- Select "When Unlocked (Default)" - Notifications will only appear when the iPhone is unlocked
- Select "Always" - Notifications will appear immediately even if the iPhone is locked
Other reasons that you may fail to see push notifications
- Poor Internet Connectivity
- Unlike SMS notifications which are sent through the cellular network, Push notifications are sent using Wi-Fi or Mobile Data networks
- Ensure your iPhone has a stable internet connection
- Check your settings and enable mobile data if necessary
- Do Not Disturb Mode
- Ensure Do Not Disturb mode is not enabled, as it can prevent notifications from reaching your device
