How do I find the Pod ID of my Purezone device?

The Pod ID of your Purezone device is printed on a sticker on the cassette holder. In this example, the Pod ID is 269413

If your Purezone has been activated, you can locate the Pod ID in the Purezone app:

  1. Launch the Purezone app
  2. Tap Settings (Gear icon)
  3. Tap Device Info
  4. The Pod ID will appear
