After placing an order on the Purezone website, an order confirmation email will be sent.

Purezone sends orders to the Fulfillment Team for processing 24/7.  Depending on what time and day of the week the order is placed, the order may ship either the same day or if ordered after hours on Friday or over the weekend, the order will not ship until Monday morning. 

Note: Some items take 24-48 hours for order processing before shipment. Once the order leaves the warehouse, an email with the Tracking Information will be sent to your email address.
