How Can I Change the Shipping Address for my Purezone Cassette Subscription?

Note:  Any changes to the shipping address MUST be done before you place the online order.  If you entered the incorrect shipping address in your online order you must contact Purezone Support to resolve the issue.

You can change the shipping address for your Purezone Cassette Subscription in your Purezone App by following these steps:

  1. Launch the Purezone App
  2. Tap on "Shop" from the bottom menu
  3. Tap the human icon at the top right of the screen
  4. Tap on "Address and Payment Details"
  5. Tap "Manage Addresses"
  6. Tap on "Add Address"

    The current address will be displayed on the screen. You can remove the current address on file if you will no longer be receiving shipments at that location.

  7. You have the option to choose whether to use the new address as the default shipping address for all future and recurring orders or to apply it only to this specific subscription

  8. Fill out the Address Form
  9. Review and Tap on "Save Address"

Please note that this change will only apply to future orders. If you need to change the address for a recently placed order, please contact Customer Support immediately.
