Here's how to view and manage your Purezone Cassette subscription:
- Launch the Purezone App
- Tap on Shop from the bottom Menu
- Tap on the person icon at the top right
- Tap on Manage Subscriptions
At the Manage Subscriptions page, you can view your subscriptions, make changes to your subscriptions and update your profile information:
- Change address
- Change or remove a payment method
- View the details of your next order and order history
- View and manage the scheduled delivery date of an upcoming recurring order
- Cancel or reactivate your subscription
For other changes, such as reactivating your subscription, switching a subscription from one product to another, or changing the shipment frequency of a recurring order, please contact Purezone Customer Support.
