To cancel your Purezone Cassette subscription, follow these steps:

1. Open the Purezone App
2. Tap on Shop from the bottom menu
3. Tap on the human icon at the top right of the screen
4. Tap on "Manage Subscription"
5. Your active cassette subscription will display the product name and the frequency of the recurring order. 
6. Tap "Manage This Subscription" under the product name
7. Tap on "Cancel Subscription at the bottom
8. Enter the reason for cancelation and then tap "Next".
   
    
   
   
   
   
   
9. Tap on "Cancel Subscription"

Please note that canceling a subscription does not mean that the account will be deactivated. 

You can reactivate your subscription anytime by contacting Customer Support.
