If you are unable to login to your Purezone account and see the following error:

"There was an error attempting to authenticate. Please report it to purezonesupport@balboawater.com Invalid State". There is already user which is signed in"

This error is displayed if you change your Purezone account password on one phone or tablet running the Purezone App, but you or someone using your Purezone account login are still signed in on another phone or tablet with the old account password.  Refer to the steps below to resolve

Follow these steps to resolve:

  1. Uninstall the Purezone app on your phone.
  2. Reinstall the app on your phone and login using your Purezone Account email address and password.

If you are still experiencing issues:

  1. Identify the other phone or tablet where the Purezone App is installed (with the old account password)
  2. Uninstall the Purezone App from the other device
  3. Reinstall the Purezone App on the other device
  4. Login on the other device using the new account password
