If you see the error "No Purezone Devices Found" during setup of a Purezone device it means one or more of the following:
- The Purezone device is more than 6 to 10 feet away from your phone
- Bluetooth on your phone needs to be reset
- The Purezone battery pack has not been charged recently - Weak batteries will not transmit a strong Bluetooth signal
Follow these steps to resolve:
- Ensure you are within 6 to 10 feet of your Purezone device.
- Follow the on screen instruction and "Pull to Refresh" = Use your finger to pull down the screen which will perform a Refresh.
- If that did not resolve the issue, continue
- Place the battery pack of the Purezone on top of the wireless charger
- A solid green light will appear on the battery pack which means that the Purezone battery pack is charging
- When the solid green light on the charger turns off, that means the Purezone battery pack is fully charged
- On your phone, force close the Purezone app
- On your phone, disable Bluetooth: Settings > Bluetooth > Disable
- On your phone, enable Bluetooth: Settings > Bluetooth > Enable
- Ensure you are within 6 to 10 feet of your Purezone device
- Launch the Purezone app
- Restart the process in the App to connect the Purezone device to your Wi-Fi network.
