"Received Error - There was an error while attempting to reset your password"

"Received Error - There was an error while attempting to reset your password.  Please try again or report this error to purezonesupport@balboawater.com

If this error is received when attempting to reset a password, it is an indication that the email address that was entered either does not exist because it was typed incorrectly or that the Purezone Account setup process failed for that email address.

  1. Check the spelling of the email address.  If you have entered it incorrectly, enter it correctly and tap Retry to try again.
  2. If you did enter the email address correctly, that is an indication that your Purezone account was not set up and confirmed
  3. To resolve go through the Purezone Account Sign Up process again
