If this error is received when attempting to reset a password, it is an indication that the email address that was entered either does not exist because it was typed incorrectly or that the Purezone Account setup process failed for that email address.
- Check the spelling of the email address. If you have entered it incorrectly, enter it correctly and tap Retry to try again.
- If you did enter the email address correctly, that is an indication that your Purezone account was not set up and confirmed
- To resolve go through the Purezone Account Sign Up process again
