How do I check my Purezone Network Connection Status?

You can easily check your Network Connection status in the Purezone app.  The information is available at the Device Info screen in the app. 

  1. If you have multiple spas, select your spa name from the top middle screen.  If you have only one pool, just go to the Settings for that spa name
  2. Tap Settings (Gear icon)
  3. Tap Device Info

The following information is displayed at the Device Info screen:

  • Pod ID
  • Last Connection: Last Connection shows the last connection with the last 30 minutes.  Note:  The Purezone does NOT stay connected 24/7.  The Purezone connects / disconnects every 30 minutes to take the water temperature.  
  • Last Measurement:  The last date/time a Water Chemistry Measurement was completed
  • Wi-Fi Signal: Signal Strength displayed in dBm:  i.e. -60dBm
  • MAC Address:  This information is useful for customers who do MAC Filtering in their Router.
