"Missing Refresh Token Cookie" error when trying to view FC or pH Advice in the App

The error "Missing Refresh Token Cookie" in the Purezone app when trying to view FC or pH advice, will appear if you have not answered all of the questions about your spa during Setup.

This error appears because you did not configure the type of Chlorine or the type of Acid you use in your Pool or Hot Tub.  

Here's how to resolve:

  1. Launch the Purezone app
  2. Tap the Settings Gear icon in the upper right-hand corner
  3. Tap Equipment
  4. Scroll down to the questions about Chlorine or Acid and ensure they are answered 
  5. Tap Save
