How will I know when to replace the Purezone P3 cassette?
When it is time to replace the Purezone cassette, these Alert messages will be displayed in the App:
- Replace Cassette Soon. This means that there are 5 tests remaining.
- Replace Cassette Now. This means that there is 1 test remaining.
IMPORTANT: After you have replaced the Cassette, perform these steps to clear the Replace Cassette Alert
- Launch the Purezone app
- At the Home page, scroll down to Supply Levels
- Next to Supply Levels, an indication of how many weeks of cassette life will appear, i.e. 0 tests
- Tap Replace Cassette
- "Please scan the QR code on the new cassette"
- Tap Scan
- Insert You will see an updated Supply Levels status, i.e. "100%". The status will be updated daily to show how long the new cassette will last, i.e. "2 months left", “3 weeks left”, “4 days left” until the cassette is empty, “0 days left”.
How to Replace Purezone cassette

Remove the Purezone from the spa

Remove the cassette by grasping both sides of the top indented side portion and pulling up.

Wipe the 3 optical windows clean in the Sensor unit at the bottom of the cassette well. Remove any debris, i.e. insects sand, etc. from the cassette well.
- Launch the Purezone app
- At the Home page, scroll down to Supply Levels
- Tap Replace Cassette
- The message "Please scan the QR code on the new cassette" will appear
- Tap Scan and scan the QR code on the side of the cassette
- The Supply Levels status in the app will be updated to show the number of remaining tests, i.e. 48 tests
- After the QR code of the new cassette has been scanned, insert the new cassette in the Sensor unit all the way until it clicks
- Place the Sensor unit back in the spa ensuring that the Flow sensor (metal tab on the cassette well) is completely submerged in water and is facing towards the spa water and not the back of the spa.
