"Error Adding Purezone - This Purezone is already setup and associated with another user"
If you see the following error when attempting to activate a Purezone device to your Wi-Fi network, it is an indication that the Purezone device may have already been activated.
Please do the following:
- Contact Purezone Customer Support - See below
- Advise Purezone Support that you are seeing this error message when attempting to activate your Purezone device
- Purezone Support will assist you to resolve
