Once you have connected your Purezone to your Home Wi-Fi network, you can find the Wi-Fi Signal Strength by following these steps:
- Launch the Purezone App
- Ensure that the spa name is selected at the top of the screen. If you have multiple spas, tap the drop-down arrow next to the spa name and select the spa for which you need the Wi-Fi Signal Strength.
- Tap the Gear icon in the upper right-hand corner
- Tap Device Info
- The Wi-Fi Signal Strength info will appear
- You should try to maintain the Wi-Fi signal of your Purezone device between -35dBm and -75dBm if possible. If your Wi-Fi signal reaches the poor level of -85dBm or lower, you will receive alerts in the app with instructions on how you can take steps to improve the quality of the Wi-Fi signal you provide to the Purezone.
